Maintenance & Destinations, LLC was established by Michael Stoker on February 14, 2022. He manages every facet of this business, and his main priority is to help facilitate a smooth, enjoyable vacation rental process for our guests and owners.

Michael Stoker

Michael has over 6 years of management experience running a vacation rental business in Aggieland. Prior to that position, he owned and operated Stoker's Services which provided handyman services in his hometown of College Station, TX. He is a certified yoga instructor and works toward building an off-grid lifestyle. Michael mostly manages the maintenance and property management, as he is also a general contractor for our owners and clients.
