The house is now fully furnished and ready to begin accepting reservations, so the next step is to build a property profile! Our team offers property photos and videos along with constructing Airbnb/Vrbo profiles. Owners may have full access to the profiles, as we create a new account for each property. With this system, there is no risk of deleted information or canceled reservations should management ever change. Owners can choose how involved they would like to be in terms of approving reservations, pricing, etc. We respect that owners make all final decisions; our company provides consultation, marketing, property management, property preparations, and day-to-day tasks for our owners. A property preparation entails the following: ensuring all light bulbs are working, leaving ambient lights on (e.g., lamps, porch lights), stocking paper products in each restroom, checking that all appliances are functioning properly (e.g., ice maker, AC/heating system), turning on fans, light sweeping and dusting, and taking care of any issues we may find upon arrival.
